Recipe: A Cold Dish from Watermelon Skin

In this hot summer, we all eat watermelon, and throw away the watermelon skin into garbage can or compost bin. Oh, no, hold on.



Do you know that you can make a simple cold dish from the watermelon skin?






Remove the hard shell for the skin, and cut them into smaller pieces, and put salt in:


Then put it into the refrigerator for a overnight:


Next morning, you have a new fresh and tasty dish on your breakfast table:
